About Comments
It seems that Vietnam hates blogger. Although I can post blog entries, I have been unable to view my actual blog for some time. That means I cannot reply to comments made by readers. I'm not being a snob or anything, I'm genuinely interested in reading and replying to comments, I just can't right now. Hopefully I'll beable to access everything in Laos.

Si tu penses que le nord V.N. c'est creux, tiens toi bien pour le Laos...
On se demandait si vous pourriez nous donner une idée de vos plans en termes généraux (d'un pays à l'autre); ça nous aiderait peut-être à mieux visualiser le support stratégique qui peut être requis.
